Service Description

Sora Travel Photo provides travel photography education, camera reviews, location guides, editing tutorials, photography workshops, and related digital products. Our services are designed to help photographers improve their skills and capture better images while traveling in Japan.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use our services to transmit, distribute, or store material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

Workshop Terms and Conditions

Photography workshops are subject to availability and weather conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to insufficient enrollment, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Participants must follow safety guidelines and instructions provided by our instructors. We are not responsible for personal injury or damage to equipment during workshops, and participants attend at their own risk.

Payment Terms

Payment for products and services must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified. We accept various payment methods as indicated during the checkout process.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes and additional fees may apply depending on your location and the services purchased.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital products are generally non-refundable once downloaded. Workshop cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We may provide refunds at our discretion in cases of technical issues or service unavailability. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sora Travel Photo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sora Travel Photo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or relating to your use of our services or violation of these terms.

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these terms and your use of our services.
